Kevin Gotcher
Vice President of Sales

Kevin Gotchner is the Vice President of Sales at AutoAcquire AI, bringing more than two decades of automotive sales, leadership, and dealer partnership experience to the organization. Before joining AutoAcquire, Kevin held national leadership roles at CarOffer—including National Sales Director and National Sales Manager—where he helped scale teams, launch new programs, and drive revenue growth across the U.S. At AutoAcquire AI, Kevin leads national sales strategy, team development, and dealer acquisition initiatives, focused on delivering innovative, dealer-first solutions powered by AI-driven inventory sourcing.

Frank Knox
Chief Operating Officer

Frank Knox is the Chief Operating Officer of AutoAcquire AI, bringing over 20 years of automotive sourcing and operational leadership to the team. He spent 17 years with CarMax in senior purchasing and merchandising roles before leading acquisition strategy for major independent dealer groups and serving in executive positions including Vice President of Unique Auto Sourcing and Corporate Director of Purchasing for Off Lease Only and CarSquad. Frank now oversees AutoAcquire’s operations and growth initiatives, combining deep industry expertise with advanced AI-driven sourcing technology to help dealers scale more efficiently.

Tyler Monteiro
Vice President of Operations

Tyler Monteiro is the Vice President of Operations at AutoAcquire AI, bringing more than nine years of experience in operations, client management, and process optimization within automotive and software environments. Before joining AutoAcquire, he led operations and national accounts at Draiver and founded Boost360 Consulting, where he helped dealerships and small businesses strengthen their digital performance and workflow efficiency. At AutoAcquire AI, he oversees operational strategy, team alignment, and platform execution to ensure dealers receive a seamless, high-performance sourcing solution.
