Branding Compliance Guidelines 

  
The AA Branding Compliance Guidelines govern the display of the Licensed Data, the AA Products and AA Marks, as well as, Marks of the AA Affiliates or Integration Partners,  on consumer-facing Licensee Website(s) or on Licensee industry internal use platforms.

I.    Valuations.
A.    Generating a Valuation. The “Valuation” or “Valuations”, all information required to generate a Valuation must be collected from the Licensee Site, or user or Authorized User prior to its display. This minimum requirement of information is:
1.    Year
2.    Make
3.    Model
4.    Trim
5.    Engine
6.    Transmission
7.    Drivetrain
8.    Mileage
9.    ZIP Code
10.    Optional equipment

B.    Displaying Valuations on Licensee or Authorized User’s Website(s). The page that displays a Valuation on the Licensee or Authorized User’s Website must contain the following required elements:
1.    Identify the displayed value as ‘iOffer™ <specific value type> Vehicle Value” 
2.    The date the Valuation was generated.
3.    The ZIP Code as entered by the visitor.
4.    A description of the vehicle which must include the following information:
a)    Year
b)    Make
c)    Model
d)    Trim
e)    Engine
f)    Transmission
g)    Drivetrain
h)    Mileage
i)    All optional equipment selected by the visitor
5.    An iOffer™ Mark, which shall be no smaller than 50×50 pixels. 
6.    Copyright and disclaimer information in at least 10 pt. font:
©20XX Auto Acquire, Inc. All rights reserved. As of <MM/DD/YYYY> Edition for < ZIP CODE>. Values and pricing are the opinions of Auto Acquire, Inc. and the actual price of a vehicle may vary. The value and pricing information displayed for a particular vehicle is based upon the specification, mileage and/or condition information provided by the person generating this report.  Auto Acquire, Inc., assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
7.    The definition, as provided below, of the type of value represented in at least 10-point font near or in roll-over format as approved by AA:
iOffer™ API
The iOffer™ API means an estimate of what a consumer can expect to receive from a dealer in an instant offer format.  The customer would likely have to answer some set of questions concerning the condition of their vehicle all of which would be complied and be added or subtracted from this value. The value has been created to assist dealers in accurately bidding vehicles in an automated format. 

C.    iOffer™ and all other Wholesale Values ARE PROHIBITED ON CONSUMER FACING WEBSITE(S). 
D.    Miscellaneous.
1.    Each page of the path to the report page for a Valuation must contain an iOffer™ Mark, the use, display and positioning must be pre-approved by Auto Acquire, Inc.
2.        Optional equipment for which iOffer™ API has not assigned a value may not be added to the vehicle valuation. 
3.    All iOffer™ API displayed on Customer Website(s) must match values generated on iOffer™ for vehicles with the same optional equipment during the Update Period set forth in the Master Services Agreement or Order Form.
4.    All usage of AA™ Marks must comply with the terms and conditions of the Master Data License Agreement, and this AA™ Branding Compliance  Guidelines which may be changed by Auto Acquire, Inc at its sole discretion.
5.    All usage of AA Affiliates or Integration Partners Marks must comply with the terms and conditions of the Master Data License Agreement, and this AA Branding Compliance  Guidelines which may be changed by Auto Acquire, Inc at its sole discretion.
